H.E. Jean-Jacques Meyer, Ambassador at Large of Principality Monte de Agrella to the Republic of South Africa and the African Union, with H.E. Dr. Nkosazana Clarice Dlamini-Zuma, the Chairperson of the African Union Commission (AUC) and Secretariat of the African Union, an Inter-Governmental Organization (IGO) comprised of 54 + 1 African Union/United Nations Member States, and the Reigning Monarch, H.S.H. Immanuel Sovereign Prince, Head of State and Government of Principality Monte de Agrella. The Sovereign and Independent State, at the closing meeting on State Recognition, Non-African "Observer" Status Membership, Diplomatic Relations and International Treaties under International Law and a Cooperative Partnership Agreement held on the sidelines of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation "FOCAC" in Sandton, South Africa on the 4th of December 2015.
