Dr Nkosazana Clarice Dlamini-Zuma, the Chairperson of the African Union Commission as Secretariat to the African Union, to the Ordinary Sessions of the Assembly of Heads of State and Government of the African Union, awaiting commencement of the General Assembly Session 30 January 2016 in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
